I have been gluten free since 2005. I was personally dealing with a lot of health issues and the doctors could not seem to figure out what was going on. After a lot of my own research, I decided to give going gluten free a try, and my world was changed in just 2 weeks.  I never was tested for celiac because at the time, I would have had to re-introduce gluten, and I was NOT about to do that.

Fast forward to when my oldest was about 4 and she started to have some serious GI and health issues as well. I decided to remove gluten from her diet as well and miracle of miracles, she started to feel better and even her ability to focus increased. Shortly after that my doubting husband gave it a try and was amazed at how much clearer he felt. He said it was like a “fog” had been lifted. My youngest soon joined us in our adventures of being gluten free.

Since then, I have been in the kitchen experimenting. Back in 2005 there were not many options for those of us that were gluten free, and while a lot has changed, the cakes and breads just weren’t cutting it for us. Fast forward again and with covid I had a lot more time to experiment and perfect in the kitchen. And so, here we are.

All of the ingredients I use are certified gluten free (except for milk, eggs, and butter) and, I keep a  gluten free kitchen.

I hope you enjoy all of these baked yummies as much as we do!
